Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound control joint structure of faced floor materials, which can prevent floor squeaking caused by friction between the floor materials, over a long period of time, and to provide a method of producing sound control faced floor material. SOLUTION: The sound control joint structure is implemented by connecting between the faced floor materials A each obtained by covering a face material 4 on an upper surface and side end faces of a floor material 1 having a male tongue 3 and a female groove 2 formed at the right and left end faces. Then an end portion of the face material 4 makes vertical contact with an upper end face of the male tongue 3 and an upper end face of the female groove 2, and surfaces of vertical adhered surfaces 41, 42 opposed to each other are made into coarse surfaces by laser beams L. The method of producing the sound control faced floor material A is carried out by emitting laser beams L to the surfaces of the vertical adhered surfaces 41, 42 from diagonally below, and making the surfaces of the vertical adhered surfaces 41, 42 into the coarse surfaces.
