Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous or water-dilutable blocked polyisocyanate crosslinker that can manufacture a one-component polyurethane coating composition which is capable of baking at a relatively low temperature and has substantially little thermal yellowing when combined with a water-based polyol component. SOLUTION: The novel aqueous or water-dilutable blocked polyisocyanate is used in manufacturing the one-component polyurethane coating composition which is capable of baking at a relatively low temperature of 130-150°C and of providing a transparent coating film having substantially reduced thermal yellowing.
