Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new compounds, their prodrugs, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts as well as pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds, which are useful in treating diseases modulated by the inhibition of the malonyl-coenzyme A decarboxylase (malonyl-CoA decarboxylase, MCD). SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical compositions comprise a compound represented by the general formula, a salt thereof or a prodrug thereof. In the formula, R1is a halo, a haloalkyl, hydroxy, thiol or the like; R2is NR3C(S)NR4R5, NR3C(=NR3)NR4R5, NR3C(=NCN)NR4R5, NR3C(=CHNO2)NR4R5, NR3P(O)R4R5, NR3P(O)(OR4)(OR5), NR3P(O)(OR4)(NR5) or the like; R3, R4and R5are H, an alkyl, an aryl or the like.
