SOLUTION: The cabinet includes a cabinet body 10 and a washbasin 40 provided on the upper surface of the cabinet body 10. A front surface upper part of the cabinet body 10 is provided with a fixed modesty panel 50 and a modesty panel 51. The modesty panel 51 is turnable from a vertical state towards a back part around an upper end relative to the fixed modesty panel 50 and can be held at a fixed angle of turning.
