Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly judge whether a vehicle stops or not corresponding to the state of a rotation frequency sensor for detecting the rotation frequency of a drive shaft, in a vehicle which outputs power from a motor to the drive shaft connected to drive wheels via a transmission. SOLUTION: When the detected value by the rotation frequency sensor is normal, a prescribed rotation frequency N1 is used as a stop judgement upper limit rotation frequency Nojmax to judge whether the vehicle stops or not (S130, S160, S180 to S200), and when the detected value by the rotation frequency sensor is not normal due to the magnetic field from a road heater, a prescribed rotation frequency N2, which is larger than the prescribed rotation frequency N1, is used as the stop judgement upper limit rotation frequency to judge whether the vehicle stops or not (S130, S170, S180 to S200). Thus, it can be properly judged whether the vehicle stops or not, corresponding to whether the detected value by the rotation frequency sensor is normal or not. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
