SUPER-WIDE LIGHT DISTRIBUTION TYPE LED LAMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-wide light distribution type LED lamp that prevents a protective resin from affecting an LED chip easily, gives mass productivity to a hermetic structure, exploits the characteristics of the LED chip as much as possible, and can improve LED lamp light distribution characteristics. SOLUTION: In the super-wide light distribution type LED lamp, the LED chip 3 is mounted onto a substrate or a multilayer substrate, where metal frames 1, 4 are subjected to insert molding, and is shielded by a plastic cover 6. A raised section 1A is formed at one portion of the metal frame 1. The LED chip 3 is mounted onto the upper flat surface 1B at the raised section 1A.
