Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic contact point capable of obtaining conductivity in whole contact parts even when a difference in height exists in the respective patterns of opposing boards, or strong shaking by a vehicle, etc., is added. SOLUTION: Each electric contact point held between the boards or between probe cards is constituted of an elastic member fitted to a cylindrical body, so as to elastically pressurize the boards or the probe cards.
