Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-life organic light emitting element without a deterioration of luminance at high temperatures or the like. SOLUTION: An organic light emitting element contains a first electrode (a), a mixture area (b) containing a first hole-transporting material and a first electron-transporting material, a second electrode (c), and an arbitrary heat protection layer (d) coated on one of the first and second electrodes. One of the first and second electrodes is a hole-injection anode and the other electrode is an electron-injection cathode. The organic light emitting element further contains at least one of a hole-transporting area (e) which is provided between the anode and the mixture area and contains a second hole-transporting material which is in contact with the mixture area, and an electron-transporting area (f) which is provided between the cathode and the mixture area and contains a second electron material which is in contact with the mixture area.
