FUEL CELL EVALUATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier superior both in static characteristics and dynamic characteristics in a dew point temperature performance (humidifying performance). SOLUTION: In the humidifier in order to humidify a dry gas, this is the humidifier which has a humidifier tank, in which the humidifier tank is equipped with a liquid phase part capable of temperature controlling pure water, a vapor phase part for a humidifying gas, and a leading out piping for leading the humidifying gas outside the tank, a hollow jacket part is fixed and installed at the upper part of the vapor phase part, the hollow jacket part consisting of a double-structured dome part having a hollow for liquid circulation and a cylindrical protruding part integrally extended and installed in communication with the double-structured dome part, the leading out piping penetrates through the double-structured dome part and the center part of the cylindrical protruding part in the perpendicular direction, the hollow jacket part has an inlet and an outlet, and in order to send in the pure water inside the liquid phase part of the tank from the inlet of the hollow jacket part and to send back into the tank from the outlet, the inlet and the outlet of the hollow jacket part are respectively communicated with the tank.
