Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an IC tag by using a coating type solar battery which can reduce the plane area of the solar battery and to suppress the transmission stop of a radio signal due to the drive stop of various circuits. SOLUTION: The solar battery 100 accumulates electricity in an accumulating capacitor 101. A controlling IC 105 and a wireless module 109 are driven by receiving power supply from the accumulating capacitor 101. The controlling IC 105 changes an interval of power supply to the wireless module 109 on the basis of the voltage of the accumulating capacitor 101. The solar battery 100 includes an n-type semiconductor layer composed of a material having an electron acceptive inorganic matter as a main component and containing a basic dye and a p-type semiconductor layer composed of a material having an electron donative organic matter as a main component and containing an electron acceptive compound.
