Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of determining quantitatively a bond between an HIF-1αC-terminal peptide labeled with a fluorescent substance and a CBP or p300 protein, and a screening method for an inhibitor inhibiting the formation of an HIF-1α-p300 or HIF-1α-CBP protein complex, using the method. SOLUTION: This fluorescent polarization measuring method of the present invention is useful for evaluating systematically a reaction of HIF-1α-CBP or HIF-1α-p300, and for investigating an action of modification (hydroxylation, S-nitrosation and phosphorylation) after protein synthesis of an HIF-1αC-terminal trans-active domain peptide, when replenishing the p300 protein.
