INTERNAL QUALITY DETERMINATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of easily obtaining higher precise result than a determination result by a single internal quality sensor without using complicated logical operation, in an internal quality determination device for measuring the component (sugar concentration) of harvested vegetables and fruits and determining an abnormal vegetable and fruit non-destructively. SOLUTION: The internal quality determination device 1 has a quality determining means 4 for determining the internal quality of the vegetables and fruits 6 non-destructively. The internal quality determination device 1 comprises an internal quality sensor 8 for optically determining the quality determining means 4 and a smell sensor 26 for measuring the intensity of smell, and screens the abnormal vegetable and fruit by comprehensive determination by measured values of both sensors 8 and 26.
