Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating cycle device and an air conditioner for a vehicle capable of immediately supplying cold air even in a case when a refrigerating cycle is started after receiving heavy heat load, in the refrigerating cycle device where a pressure of a refrigerant is increased to a supercritical zone. SOLUTION: An air conditioner ECU 5 determines whether a refrigerant pressure in a cycle is higher than a critical pressure or not in starting the refrigerating cycle, and air distribution by a blower 11 is controlled to be reduced until the refrigerant pressure is determined not to be higher than the critical pressure, when the pressure higher than the critical pressure is determined. Thus when the refrigerant pressure in the cycle is determined to be already higher than the critical pressure in starting, in a case when the refrigerating cycle is started after receiving heavy heat load, the heat load applied to the refrigerating cycle is reduced and the lowering of the refrigerant pressure at a low pressure side is swiften by reducing the air volume passing through an evaporator 9, so that a capacity of a compressor can be increased early, and simultaneously the refrigerating cycle can get out from the supercritical pressure.
