Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for an optical screen having high light transmittance, low water-absorptivity and excellent mechanical strength and to provide a resin composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains (A) a diene rubber copolymer containing a styrenic monomer unit and (B) a copolymer containing a styrenic monomer unit and a (meth)acrylate monomer unit, wherein the content of the styrenic monomer unit in the diene rubber copolymer A is 0-80 wt.%. The content of the diene rubber copolymer A based on the total weight of the resin composition is 1.5-6.5 wt.% and that of the copolymer B is 93.5-98.5 wt.%, and the volume of the dispersed rubber particle phase based on the total volume of the resin composition is 0.08-0.23.
