Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition for the treatment of conditions associated with abnormal fibroblast formation through the modification of proteoglycan, and to provide a method and a composition for regulating collagen synthesis, for decreasing TGFβ production, for decreasing fibroblast proliferation or migration, for releasing cell-derived chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan, and for decreasing growth factor binding sites on fibloblast, and further to provide a method and a composition for treating fibloblast hyperproliferation-related diseases such as scleroderma, psoriasis, keroids, pulmonary fibrosis, and surgical adhesions.
