SOLUTION: A bead apex rubber 8 comprises a bottom side 12a, an apex main part 10 and an apex sub-part 11. The apex sub-part 11 is divided to the apex sub-portions 11i, 11o at the inner and outer sides in a tire axial direction by a division line X extending from a first apex P to the outer side in a radial direction. Rubber hardness of the apex main part 10 is 80-95° and complex modulus of elasticity is 15-30 MPa, and rubber hardness of the apex sub-portions 11i, 11o is 50-80° and complex modulus of elasticity is 3-15 MPa.
