AUTOMATIC PAINT FEED TYPE BRUSH DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic paint feed type brush device which can prevent clogging of a nozzle, sufficiently ensure a film pressure of paint applied to an object to be painted, and surely infiltrate the paint into detail especially in a narrow part, such as the periphery of a bolt. SOLUTION: In the automatic paint feed type brush device, an airless tip for discharging pressurized paint is disposed inside of a brush formed in a long cylinder shape. In the brush, a hollow part is formed around the airless tip. The vicinity of the tip end of the brush is formed to be soft, so that the vicinity of the base end is formed to be hard. The vicinity of the base end of the brush is hardened with a resin. The airless tip sprays paint directly to the object to be painted.
