Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when the device for recording actually can not record by failure or the like, the notification to the other device may be impossible through network, besides recording is failed as a result, although the method for substituting video recording between video recording devices connected to network is proposed already. SOLUTION: When it is detected that communication from the other device for recording is interrupted, the video recording device substitutes video recording automatically without receiving recording request from the other device according to the recording reservation information of the other device obtained in advance. When communication with the other device is restored after substituting video recording, if the data substituted video recording is recorded by the other device in practice, the recorded data of its own device are deleted automatically.
