VIDEO CONFERENCE SYSTEM AND VIDEO CONFERENCE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video conference system and a video conference method by which a display format displayed by a client terminal is stored on the server side and utilized by all the client terminals using the video conference system. SOLUTION: A server 10 stores images and layout information transmitted from each of the client terminals A-D, arranges the images transmitted from each of the client terminals A-D based on the layout information, merges the images and transmits the merge image corresponding to each of the terminals A-D. In addition, when the layout information is received from the client terminal, the layout information is stored to be available by each client terminal, when the received layout information is changed, a merge image based on the layout information is created and transmitted to the corresponding client terminal.
