Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform feedback from a reception side to a transmission side inexpensively in optical communication equipment which is used in a terminal device of a mobile phone or the like and performs communication between substrates with an optical signal. SOLUTION: Two photoelectric conversion apparatus 21 and 22 are connected with a waveguide film 23, and the waveguide film 23 has electric signal lines 23c1 to 23c3 provided in parallel in a waveguide 23a for transmitting a high frequency optical signal. In the photoelectric conversion apparatus 22 on the reception side, a TIA 35b1 converts a current output of a PD 34b to a voltage output, and an amplifier 35b2 amplifies this voltage output into a differential voltage signal and outputs the differential voltage signal, and a differential amplifier 41 generates a laser power control signal consisting of an analog DC voltage, as a feedback signal, and the feedback signal is fed back to a driver amplifier 35a in the photoelectric conversion apparatus 21 on the reception side through the electric signal line 23c1.
