Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample preparation device capable of processing quicker and simpler operation for continuous liquid treatment of a sample inside a microwave chamber. SOLUTION: The sample preparation device using microwaves includes a microwave oscillator, a microwave chamber for accepting a sample for processing object and a container alignment device for a plurality of liquid containers. The microwave chamber is structured as a wave guide. The wave guide includes a first-class aperture for introducing the sample, and a second-class aperture for reversibly introducing the liquid container in the microwave chamber, with the sample kept as it is till the liquid surrounds the sample, and is, preferably, arranged at the bottom part.
