EARTHQUAKE DAMAGE DECISION DEVICE, EARTHQUAKE DAMAGE DECISION METHOD, AND EARTHQUAKE DAMAGE DECISION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake damage decision device, an earthquake damage decision method and earthquake damage decision program for highly precisely deciding the circumstances of an earthquake damage with respect to a building. SOLUTION: A server device 20 is installed in a building(management object building) as the object of decision of an earthquake damage, and configured to derive a threshold, with which any damage is generated according to an earthquake motion in the building, of predetermined several types of physical quantities to be acquired based on the waveform measured by seismometers 42A and 42B which measure the waveforms of the shake of the building when an earthquake occurs, and to preliminarily store the derived threshold, and to calculate the plurality of types of physical quantities in the building based on the waveform measured by the seismometers 42A and 42B when the earthquake occurs, and to compare the calculated plurality of types of physical quantities with the preliminarily stored corresponding threshold, and to decide whether or not any damage is generated in the building based on the result of comparison, and to report the result of decision.
