Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of vibrational characteristics by preventing a decrease in rigidity caused by lengthening of a steam turbine rotor blade. SOLUTION: The steam turbine moving blade has a blade part and a cover formed at the tip of the blade part integrally with the blade part. The cover of a front edge part of the blade part and the cover of a rear edge part of the blade part which are adjacent to each other are connected in contact by torsional return force when rotating. The cover of the rear edge part of the blade part is provided with a stepped part in a radial direction, and the height of the stepped part is larger than the thickness of the cover.
