Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the relative displacement of a steel frame and a column and a beam when a horizontal force is applied to the column and the beam so that the column and the beam are deformed in the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: A plurality of anchor bolts 11 are driven into the outer surface of the column 2 and a steel plate 12 for connection having a plurality of bolt holes for the anchor bolts 11 is placed so that its rear face is faced to the outer surface of the column 2. Then, a first nut 13 is fastened to each anchor bolt 11 for fixing the steel plate 12 for connection and a vertical steel frame 6 having a plurality of bolt holes for a plurality of the anchor bolts 11 on its web is placed so that the rear face of the web 6a is faced to the front surface of the steel plate 12 for connection. Then, a second nut 13a is fastened to each anchor bolt 11 for fixing the vertical steel frame 6 and grout 17 is filled between the front surface and the vertical steel frame 6 so as to form a step for mounting the vertical steel frame 6 in the longitudinal direction of the column 2.
