MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR STERILE FILLING PACKAGE AND ITS APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a sterile filling package and a manufacturing apparatus which can shorten the cycle time of forming, filling and sealing in the manufacturing process of the package, and also which can reduce the amount of parison which goes to nothing when forming the package. SOLUTION: The package A into which contents are filled up in a sterile condition is manufactured while dropping a metal mold 5 by making the extrusion speed of the parison P synchronize against the parison P which is extruded continuously downward from a die head 2. In this case, the extrusion speed of the parison P is changed on the way from a small low-speed zone in the extrusion speed to a large high-speed zone in the extrusion speed, a process for forming a container body A1 of the package A by blowing, a process for filling up with the contents to the above container body A1 and a process for sealing this container body A1 are each carried out in the low-speed zone.
