Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the setting of a control data for controlling an electronic apparatus mounted on a vehicle at an appropriate time. SOLUTION: When the setting change command of the control data is input by an occupant, a car navigation device determines (S230) whether or not it causes trouble in the operation of the vehicle when the setting change of the control data is performed. When it is determined (S230: NO) that it does not cause the trouble in the operation of the vehicle, the setting change of the control data is performed (S270). This can prevent the setting change of the control data from giving a sense of incongruity to a driver. Therefore, the setting change of the control data is performed when it does not cause the trouble in the operation of the vehicle, so that the setting change of the control data can be performed at the appropriate time.
