Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the transmission of vibration from a vehicle body to a mirror assembly by sufficiently improving coupling rigidity between a base plate and a coupling plate. SOLUTION: In the mirror mounting structure 16, four coupling screws 50 are screwed from the inside of a cabin into each of screw holes 46 formed at respective tips of four stay members 38 extending toward the peripheral side from the coupling plate, and the tips are brought in pressure-contact with the inner surface of a windshield 18 through a cushion member 56, and a constraining load along the thickness direction is applied to the coupling plate 28 through the four stay members 38. By this, the coupling plate 28 receiving the constraining load from the four coupling screws 50 makes a pair of pressure-contact surfaces 32 contact with a pair of surfaces 26 to be brought in contact of respective base plates by a pressure-contact force corresponding to the constraining force, and the coupling plate 28 is thereby fixed to the base plate 20 through the pair of pressure-contact surfaces 32 and the pair of surfaces 26 to be brought in pressure-contact.
