Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion with a plastic material laminated by forming fine protrusions/recesses without performing a wet chemical treatment on the front surface of an aluminum alloy plate material. SOLUTION: Many recesses 3 having fine holes 31 are formed by laser irradiating on the front surface of a housing made of an aluminum alloy to be processed, a plastic layer is laminated by plastic injection molding within a mold, and the housing is coupled. An anchoring effect is performed by the recesses and the fine holes of their inner surfaces, and the adhesion with the plastic layer is improved. Moreover, due to physical processing, treatment causing a high environmental load, such as a waste liquid treatment, etc., is not required. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
