Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet simultaneously formed with injection-molding in which a concealment layer comprising a plurality of layers is resistant to delamination. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet simultaneously formed with injection-molding, a base material sheet 11, a patten layer 12, the concealment layer 13, and a heat seal layer 14 are laminated in turn from the surface. The concealment layer 13 is made of a resin composition in which a resin of formula (I) is made a resin component, and the average of the carbon number of R is 1.8-3.5.
