Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Eu-doped yttrium particles in a nanometer size having photoluminescence characteristics, a film of the particles, a method for preparing a particle film pattern and its product. SOLUTION: The method for preparing a film pattern of Eu-doped yttrium oxide particles comprises: generating fine particles of an amorphous basic yttrium carbonate (Y(OH)CO3xH2O, x=1) in a solution by using an aqueous solution comprising Y(NO3)36H2O, Eu(NO3)36H2O and NH2CONH2; immersing an SAM (self-assembled monolayer) that is patterned into an amino group region and a silanol group region in the dispersion solution of the fine particle to deposit the fine particles only in the amino group region to prepare a film pattern of particles; and heating the patterned precursor particle film at 800°C.
