DEVICE FOR PRESSING CORNER BED SOIL OF SEEDLING-RAISING BOX, AND METHOD FOR SETTING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for pressing corner bed soil of a seedling-raising box, preventing error of adjustment of height and depth while corresponding with seedling-raising boxes different in height and dealing with land leveling of corner soil different in raking depth, and facilitating adjustment to improve operability. SOLUTION: This device for pressing corner bed soil of a seedling-raising box is set on an upper position of a transfer stand 1 which horizontally transfers a seedling-raising box 2, with a front wall corner pressing mechanism 7 which has a front wall corner pressing body 15 pressing surplus corner soil which is produced after land-leveling the upper side of bed soil with a rotating land-leveling brush, and accumulated in the corner of the front wall 5 of the seedling-raising box 2, and a back wall corner pressing mechanism 30 which has a back wall corner pressing body 35 pressing surplus corner soil which is accumulated in the corner of the back wall 4 of the seedling-raising box 2. The front wall corner pressing mechanism 7 and the back wall corner pressing mechanism 30 are each attached to a right and left pair of corner land-leveling mechanism attaching plates 11. The corner land-leveling mechanism attaching plate 11 is attached through a height switching mechanism K to a height adjusting support plate 50 in a vertically movable manner.
