SOLUTION: A service reception information or article purchase information inputted in the receiver terminal of a mobile phone or the like is related to a user information and is accumulated in a broadcast station server. During reception of a program content from a television broadcast station using a receiver terminal, communications are made with the broadcast station server, and based on the user information, a primary link BML data related to the article or service are received from the broadcast station server.
