CONNECTION DESTINATION INSTRUCTION DEVICE AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-point connection device by considering communication efficiency in the case of selecting the establishment destination of a communication session from among multi-point connection devices installed in each region. SOLUTION: This connection destination instruction device is characterized by having: a management table in which the identifier of a multi-point connection device where the length of a communication path when the communication terminal and the communication session are established becomes the shortest is written so as to be associated with data showing at least a portion of identifiers assigned to a communication terminal; a reception means for receiving a communication message showing that the notification of the establishment destination of the communication session is requested; a specification means for comparing the transmission origin identifier of the communication message received by the reception means with the storage content of the management table, and for specifying the multi-point connection device in which the transmission origin of the communication message and the communication session should be established; and a notification means for notifying the transmission origin of the communication message of the identifier of the multi-point connection device specified by the specification means.
