Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate for suspensions with less warpage. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the laminate 10 for suspensions, an insulating resin layer 12 is formed on stainless steel foil 110 which includes a martensite phase having a volume ratio within a range of 0.7 to 2.0 volume% has oxide films on both surfaces, and in which the thickness of entire part is within a range of 10 to 30 μm, and the thickness of each oxide film is in a range of 4 to 5 nm and a conductor layer 13 is formed on the insulating resin layer 12. The insulating resin layer 12 includes first to third polyimide resin layers 121 to 123 successively laminated on the stainless steel foil 110. The coefficient of linear thermal expansion of the second polyimide resin layer 122 is smaller than the coefficient of linear thermal expansion of the first to third polyimide resin layers 121, 123. The conductor layer 13 is formed by thermocompression bonding a copper foil 130 having a thickness within a range of 5 to 25 μm to the third polyimide resin layer 123. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
