CHANGE DISPENSER, SETTLEMENT APPARATUS, CHANGE DISPENSING SYSTEM, CHANGE DISPENSING METHOD AND CHANGE DISPENSING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change dispenser that can inform a user occurrence of inconsistency early and allows flexibility in timing for inputting deposit money. SOLUTION: The change dispenser 10 comprises a settlement information acquisition means 11 for acquiring settlement information including change amount information, deposit amount information representing an amount deposited, and purchase amount information representing the price of articles, an received amount counting means 14 for counting money received into a storage to generate received amount information, a consistency checking means 12 for comparing the deposit amount information and the received amount information in every transaction to determine an inconsistency if the two sides are inconsistent, and an inconsistency alarm means 13 for alarming a user and stopping payment if the consistency checking means determines an inconsistency and canceling the payment stop when receiving a response representing the user's recognition of the alarm.
