Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful moving flood-assumed area viewer system capable of displaying flood-assumed areas for each bank breaking point and for each time series by using a GIS (geographic information system) and easily displaying an animation of change in flood state of floods with time after bank breaking any time. SOLUTION: Necessary data, mainly such as background map data 1, flood-assumed area data 2, altitude data 3, facility data 4, and damage assumption data 5, are converted in advance through a converting program 6 based on geographic information or river information, and the converted data 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, and 5A are captured to thereby structure the viewer system A. The viewer system A is equipped with a dynamic display means for dynamically displaying flooding analysis results of the flood-assumed area map for each of the bank breaking points and for each of the time series, and has a screen display basic function, a flood range/flood depth relative function, an evacuation information relative function, a ground height relative function, and a simple printing/screen copying function by rough classification.
