ELECTRIC CONTACT DEVICE, HIGH FREQUENCY MEASURING SYSTEM, AND HIGH FREQUENCY MEASURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electric contact device which measures even a device having no ground electrode, and is suitable for measurement using an error correction model. SOLUTION: The device has: a body (card body 41), a plurality of measuring probes 42A-42H tips arrayed along a pair or a plurality of pairs of virtual opposite sides; a plurality of signal connectors (coaxial connector 3b) connected electrically to a plurality of high frequency signal probes among the measuring probes directly or through an electric circuit; and a plurality of ground probes 43A-43H provided in each high frequency signal probe and connected electrically to a connector part held with a ground potential or to a ground connector. Each tip of the ground probes 43A-43H is placed close to each tip of the corresponding high frequency signal probes, and positioned on the outside of the virtual opposite side.
