Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible an increase in the accumulated cold amount of a condensed water in an evaporator and the effect of power saving of a vehicle engine. SOLUTION: A bypass passage 16 for flowing air while bypassing the evaporator 9 is formed in an air conditioner case 10. A bypass door 17 for adjusting the opening of the bypass passage 16 is disposed in the air conditioner case. A cold storage mode for increasing the accumulated cold amount of the condensed water in the evaporator 9 is set when the vehicle engine 4 is operated. A discharging and cooling mode for cooling the air passing through the evaporator 9 by discharging the cooling of the accumulated cool amount of the condensed water in the evaporator 9 is set when the vehicle engine 4 is stopped. In the cold storage mode and the discharging and cooling mode, the temperature of the blowout air into a cabin is controlled by adjusting the opening of the bypass passage 16 by the bypass door 17 with an air mixing door 19 fixed to the maximum cooling position.
