Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the drivability of a vehicle while performing effective use of a vehicle interior space and improve efficiency of work for installing a motor to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: In this vehicle motor mount structure for holding a control unit 17 controlling a motor 11 mounted on the vehicle 10 and installing the control unit 17 to the vehicle 10 is provided with a mount frame 29 detachably fixed to the vehicle body of the vehicle 10 by bolt members 33; upwardly projecting brackets 37 projecting upwardly from the mount frame 29 and abutting on the lower face of the vehicle body; bolt holes 37c which are bored on the upwardly projecting brackets 37 and into which the bolt members 33 are inserted; and downwardly projecting brackets 42 projecting downwardly from the mount frame 29 and supporting the motor 11.
