Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image streaming system for smoothly streaming an image data. SOLUTION: In the image streaming system for streaming image data from a transmission server to a reception client, a transmission server 2 includes a moving image coding unit 22 for generating the image data of an intra-frame coding data and inter-frame prediction coding data, and a server controller 24 for streaming the generated image data to a reception client 3 and for storing the intra-frame coding data among the image data to be streamed to the reception client 3. When the data to be streamed to the reception client already connected to the self-server is in the timing for other than the intra-frame coding data, the server controller 24 starts streaming to a new reception client, using the stored intra-frame coding data.
