Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic vibration welding apparatus where a holder and a heater are disposed that the structure of a horn will not become complex. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic vibration welding apparatus 1 is equipped with an ultrasonic mounting tool 60, which is provided with a vibrator 9A that generates ultrasonic vibration, a horn 9B, and a holder 3 provided to the horn 9B to hold a bonding target, heaters 12A and 12B which are inserted into heater insertion holes 16A and 16B that are provided to the horn 9B, and a support member 11 which supports the ultrasonic mounting tool 60. The bonding target 100 held by the holder 3 is bonded to a bonded target 102, by vibrating the horn 9B, and pressing the bonding target 100 against the bonded target 102. The heater insertion holes 16A and 16B are formed between a part of the horn 9B, supported by the support member 11 and the holder 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
