Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a wait staff of timing of checking an eating state of a customer so as to provide the next dish at an optimal time in accordance with the eating of the customer. SOLUTION: This order information processor 1 transmits notification to check the eating state of the customer to a handy terminal 2 carried by the wait staff at a suitable time according to the next item to be provided in a set meal. The order information processor 1 calculates the time for checking the eating state each time cooking of one dish is completed or each time providing completion is received. In this calculation, an expected time required for the customer to finish the meal, an expected cooking time for the next cooking item and an expected communication time are used.
