PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily add shape information of a part to be newly added to design data of a structure, even if it is of a format difficult to use as design data, to the design data in a format usable as design data. SOLUTION: The device comprises a first extraction part 14 for extracting feature information from each piece of shape information of a first format of a plurality of registered parts capable of constituting the structure, the shape information being retained by a retention part 13; a second extraction part 14 for extracting feature information from shape information of second format of a component constituting the structure, the shape information being acquired by an acquisition part 15; and a retrieval part 16 for calculating the similarity of each of a plurality of feature information for the plurality of registered parts extracted by the first extraction part 14 to the feature information for the component extracted by the second extraction part 14, and retrieving a registered part the calculated similarity of which is a predetermined value or more as a similar part of the component.
