Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent exterior part restricted in see-through of a fitting part thereof to a vehicle body from the outside of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: In a radiator grille 10, the incident light entering from the inner peripheral surface 16A or the front surface 16B of an outer peripheral frame portion 16 (one part of the surface of the outer peripheral frame portion 16) of a transparent radiator grille body 14 into the outer peripheral frame portion 16 and directing fitting portions (a notch 16C, a bolt support 22B, a through hole 16D and a bolt 26) is shut out by a shade groove 34 interposed between the one part of the surface of the outer peripheral frame part 16 and the fitting portions.
