BEAD FILLER INSPECTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead filler inspection device having the high detection accuracy of defective articles caused by the disorderly lamination of a bead filler with a bead. SOLUTION: The bead filler inspection device comprises a data acquisition means 1 for preparing two-dimensional measured shape data by measuring the width and the thickness of a bead filler with a bead, a measured data storage means 2 for storing the two-dimensional measured shape data prepared at each predetermined space over the entire circumference of the bead filler with the bead, a reference data storage means 3 for storing the reference shape data of the bead filler with bead, an arithmetic processing means 4 for detecting defective bead fillers with beads by comparing the measured shape data acquired from the measured data storage means 2 with the reference shape data acquired from the reference data storage means 3, a result display means 5 for outputting the result of detection, and an entire device control means 6 for controlling these means.
