Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and brightly illuminate an almost whole face without making a shadow on the face, facilitate the makeup and allow a user to make up according to TPO even in a case making up in response to a bright place or making up in response to a party at a hotel or a private purpose. SOLUTION: Light emitting diodes 3a and 3b are provided around a mirror 2 at a central part of a mirror body 1 in a line at prescribed intervals. The light emitting diodes having two types of different color temperatures are used, one is a white light emitting diode 3a and the other is a bulb-color light emitting diode 3b. The 7 white light emitting diodes 3a are collectively disposed in the upper/lower parts respectively, and the 7 bulb-color light emitting diodes 3b are collectively disposed in the left/right parts respectively.
