ROUNDING DEVICE FOR PASTE DOUGH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cross sectional shape of a conveying passage of a rotary drum type rounding device of paste dough as optionally changeable. SOLUTION: This rounding device is provided by having a rotary drum 11, a bottom plate 320 having a multiple number of flat surfaces arranged one by one in a spiral direction around the circumferential surface of the rotary drum, contiguity edges 324 arranged one by one along the spiral-formed surface of the bottom plate and making contact with the flat surface of the bottom surface, a multiple number of dough-rounding members 321 having dough-rounding surfaces set for opposing in radial direction to the rotary drum for forming a spiral-formed dough passage 310, a distance-adjusting member 330 for closing or leaving each of the dough-rounding members 321 with the rotary drum, while maintaining the contact state of its contiguity edges with the flat surface of the bottom plate, and an angle-adjusting means 340 for adjusting an angle made by the dough-rounding surface to the circumferential surface of the rotary drum in a cross section for changing the shape of the cross section of the dough passage 310 between the dough-rounding surface of the dough-rounding member with the rotary drum, while maintaining the state that the contact line 324 makes contact with the flat surface.
