Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing roasted bean fine powder, preventing or suppressing flavor deterioration caused by thermal denaturation of fine powder which is obtained by pulverization treating roasted beans obtained by roasting coffee beans, and making feeling of the tongue of the fine powder excellent, and to provide food and drink using the roasted bean fine powder. SOLUTION: The roasted beans as the raw material are pulverized by rotating friction using an airflow type pulverizer 2. The pulverization by rotating friction using the airflow type pulverizer 2 is performed so that the roasted beans are pulverized into powders having a 50% particle diameter of ≤30 μm and a particle shape of a round shape without a corner.
