Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reinforce an arm metal with sufficient work efficiency and without power interruption. SOLUTION: A plate implement 111 is made abut on a side opposite to a side on which the arm metal 102 abuts in a telegraph pole 101 in a state where a head of a sewing bolt 103 projected from the telegraph pole 101 is avoided by an aperture 111d. A plate implement 115 is made abut on a side opposite to a side on which the telegraph pole 101 abuts in the metal arm 102 in a state where a screw part 103a of the sewing bolt 103 projected from the arm metal 102 is avoided by an aperture 115b. Line members 112 are hung on right and left ends of the arm metal 102. Ring parts at both ends of the line members 112 are restrained by hooks arranged on the other ends of bolt members 113. Nuts 114 are screwed to screw parts of the bolt members 113 in a state where they are made to pass through bolt insertion holes drilled in the extension parts 111b of the plate implement 111. The right and left ends of the arm plate 102 are pulled to a telegraph pole 101-side by the line members 112 with sufficient balance, and the arm plate 102 is pressed to the telegraph pole 101.
