Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitution for obtaining an efficient cooling effect of a CPU without mounting a cooling fan. SOLUTION: The CPU 105a is arranged on the side opposite to an electronic component mounting face of a substrate 105, and a heat radiating conductive member 110 is held in a clearance between the CPU 105a and a cover body 102 to efficiently transmit heat generated by the CPU 105a, to the cover body 102. Furthermore, radiating fins 102a are formed at the cover body 102. A contact area with outside air can thereby be enlarged to efficiently exhaust heat to the outside. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
